⏱️ Delivery Estimates
Because Printful works on a print-on-demand model, total delivery time equals Fulfillment Time (printing or embroidery) + Shipping Time (transit) [𝒦]:
- Fulfillment Window: It takes 2 to 5 business days to manufacture items before they are handed to a delivery driver [𝒦].
- UK Domestic Shipping: 2 to 5 business days via local carriers.
- International Shipping from the UK: 5 to 15 business days depending on the country.
📦 Carrier Networks Used
Printful routes UK shipments through reliable local courier networks. They automatically select the fastest option for the destination [𝒦]:
- Royal Mail (typically Royal Mail 48)
- Evri
- DPD or FedEx (used for express tiers or heavy bulk orders)
💰 Billing & UK VAT
- Flat-Rate System: Shipping fees are fixed based on the product category (e.g., £4.59 for a T-shirt) [𝒦]. Additional items of the same type in the same order get a discounted rate [𝒦].
- Tax: UK shipping fees are subject to standard UK Value Added Tax (VAT), which is added to your fulfillment invoice at checkout.
🔄 Failed Deliveries & Lost Packages
