Printful’s official Terms of Service govern all transactions, account rules, and manufacturing services for UK-based merchants.
🔏 Essential Account Rules
  • Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and trade.
  • Account Safety: You are fully responsible for all actions taken through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
🎨 Content & Intellectual Property (IP)
  • Ownership: You keep all copyright and ownership rights to the designs you upload.
  • Your Guarantee: By uploading artwork, you legally declare that you own the rights to it and that it does not infringe on anyone else's trademarks or copyrights.
  • Right to Refuse: Printful reserves the right to cancel and refuse to print any order that contains hate speech, defamatory material, or clear copyright violations.
💷 Payments, Billing, and UK VAT
  • The Printful Wallet: Orders are processed automatically using your pre-funded Printful Wallet or your linked primary payment card.
  • Currency Match: UK accounts are billed in British Pounds (GBP) to avoid extra currency conversion fees.
  • UK VAT: Printful automatically charges UK Value Added Tax (VAT) on orders fulfilled in or shipped to the UK, unless you provide a valid UK VAT ID number in your billing settings.
🔄 Returns, Defective Items, and Refunds
  • Custom Goods Rule: Because every single item is custom-printed to order, Printful does not offer refunds if your customer orders the wrong size or changes their mind.
  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives torn, stained, or with a misprinted design, Printful covers a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Filing Deadline: You must report any damaged or misprinted items to Printful within 30 days of the date the product was delivered to the customer.
